Sales Team Leader: 1 opening
We are seeking an experienced sales team leader with proven success to hire, train and manage a results oriented salesforce for the DFW marketplace. Your task will be to create a team to sell epoxy flooring, concrete coatings, and painting and fence staining to both residential and commercial customers. You may work from home and your hours are flexible. Experienced only need apply. Extremely high income potential.

Sales Estimator: multiple positions DFW areas
The sales estimator will gather the job data and report it to the sales manager for price approval. The sales estimator also introduces the company's services and closes on the sale. Those who want to become sales estimators should be goal-oriented and persuasive, and work well both independently and as part of a team. A pleasant personality and appearance, the ability to communicate well with people, and problem-solving skills are highly valued. This position has a high earnings potential. Compensation depends upon on your desire and skills. Experienced only need apply. Work from home and in your neighborhood.

Apprentice Painter:
No experience. Takes instructions from the foreman and journeyman. Job is to learn the trade while contributing to the productivity of the crew. Local travel is involved. Dependable transportation is a requirement.

Starting pay $8 hr.

Journeyman Painter:
Takes instructions from the foreman assigned to their job. May be switched from one job to another as the job requirements dictate. Must be sufficient in all aspects of the job and capable of working alone. Local travel is involved. Dependable transportation is a requirement.

Starting pay $12 hr. Rate varies depending upon experience and if you provide your own equipment.

Crew Leader:
Is normally in charge of only one job at a time. Runs an assigned crew, ensures that the crew meets production goals for each day, and makes sure that all necessary materials, equipment, and tools are available when needed. Handles production problems when possible and refers what they can't handle to the field supervisor or the owner. Should be able to do any type of work required on any job. Foremen are considered to be productive labor when not directing others. The crew leader reports to the field supervisor. Local travel is involved. Dependable transportation is a requirement.

Starting pay $14 hr. Rate varies depending upon experience and if you provide your own equipment.

Field Supervisor:
Oversees all production. Schedules all jobs, keeps tabs on each, handles problems referred to them either by the owner or the foreman, and sets production targets for the foreman on each job. Reports to the owner. May be required to do productive labor on occasion. Local travel is involved. Dependable transportation is a requirement.

Reports to the foreman. This job includes hundreds of tasks that don't require skilled staining: moving supplies and equipment, protecting adjacent areas, moving drop cloths, carrying ladders, doing cleanup, going for coffee, running to the store for supplies.
